2009 Pronovias wedding dress, Size 2 This is THE most beautiful dress you will ever wear. I wore it for my wedding recently and it was the best day of my life. I can’t bear to keep it boxed up in my closet – the dress would be happier worn again! The dress cost $2000+ new. It is Pronovias 2009, style HAYA, handmade in Barcelona. The fabric is a beautiful matte silk, with tulle-filled skirt. Bodice: Strapless with very supportive but comfortable wired bodice and extra elastic bands that clasp for support. Back zips up but then has 30+ tiny Victorian buttons -beautiful, but with easy-to-do elastic button hooks. Skirt: Fitted through waist and hip, flares at hip. Has three flattering asymmetric pin-ups in the skirt. Train: Just long enough!…about 2-3ft full length. Alterations: Full bustle with 3 American ties in back and 2 Austrian ties on the sides. Was $400+ for alterations, but the seamstress was brilliant. 32 bust, 27 waist. Cleaning: Fully dry-cleaned and vacuum-preserved!
